Modern vibes with fine views! Loved the terrace suite overlooking the fountains-so spacious and comfy. The pools were refreshing, and the bars served delicious frozen drinks. A must-visit for foodies! Just wish there were coffee facilities in the room. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel is pure luxury! We went to other famous hotels, Ceasars Palace, The Bellagio, but The Cosmopolitan was just always so much better. The Casino in other hotels were quite dated, but at The Cosmopolitan everything looked amazing. All the staff we encountered at the Casino and throughout the hotel were lovely. We stayed in a studio room with a view and the view was well worth the extra money. You could sit on your balcony and watch the bellagio fountains and look out on to the strip! The studios were excellent. Loads of space, huge bathroom with his and hers sinks, shower room and jacuzzi bath! Also when booking with Booked.net we got breakfast included in the price of our room. Breakfast was a huge buffet from 8am until 2pm. It was priced at $22pp if you wanted to pay for it. The food was great and such a huge choice!
The only thing we noticed was we would leave in the morning about 10am and come back maybe about 2pm and our room still hadn't been cleaned. There was also some room service sitting outside someone's room for over a day until it was mOved, but these are only minor details. Everything else was great!

We chose the Cosmopolitan because of it's proximity to Times Square and Broadway as well as it being central to NYC. Check in was easy, the room was roomy enough for two and the staff were very helpful. The facilites at the hotel were top class including the restaurant. While the cost of accommodation is high compared to others available, it's the location and access to the city facilities you are paying for. The 3 taxes on each night can be a nasty surprise however so check to see if ALL taxes are included in any quotes given,

Great location in las Vegas on the strip overlooking the Belagio and Paris hotels. Balcony on this side misses out on the sun but gives superb views at night. Hotel is lively and vibrant with lots happening. We also stayed at the mandarin nearby which is tranquil and offers a more relaxing Las Vegas experience.
Staff are poorly trained / informed. A number of contradictory messages from them that make it clear management has not got its act together. This becomes more evident when you stay at the Mandarin where ALL staff are helprul and well informed.

This hotel offered great value for our money, with a spacious and clean room that really met our needs. The location was perfect, great to easily explore everything nearby, and the staff made us feel welcomed and attended to.
Morning meal options could use more variety and freshness.

What an amazing hotel! We stayed here on our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. Hotel was nice and new, with a beautiful lobby. Our suite was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable and we had a great view of the pool and the belagio fountatins Right in the middle of the strip, a great location.
We had to pay extra to use the gym ($20 for 24 hrs) and also had to pay for wifi (15 per day for 2 devices)

Best of all location ,2nd. Balcony and room in general,3rd.restaurants.
I booked a one bedroom suite with a view and to my surprise I was given a terrace room.w/view.Went back to front desk and explained the situation ,but the front Desk attendant said that Hotel was full and could not make any changes and besides, the room I was given was in fact a better room.At this point I told hotel employee I did not agree and wanted to talk to manager,he went rear office and finally he told me as if he was doing me a favor that he was going to try and help me.After about forty minutes I was finally assigned the correct room.Definitely not the right way to st start a vacation, service way they failed the test.

The room was fine with a fantastic view of the fountains, which was perfect for people-watching. The location was spot on-everything was within walking distance and super convenient. Plus, the variety of restaurants and bars on-site made it easy to grab a bite or a drink without having to leave the hotel. I really enjoyed lounging at the pool area, too!
